The way Sandair maintains its fleet is a joy for an old logistics guy like me to behold and a prime example of their attention to detail and professionalism. The trucks and equipment are immaculate, and that reflects well on both my company and theirs. Sandair System is an integral part of our business operations, and we could never do what we do without them.

Our company relies on highly sensitive specialized machinery, and we'd been waiting for a critical (and large) part to arrive from a manufacturer overseas for an eternity. When it FINALLY arrived at BDL, we learned the part was held up at customs, supposedly due to an issue with the tariff classification code. We'd been down that road before, so we braced for the worst (more downtime). However, less than an hour later, we got a call from Sandair saying they'd straightened out the situation, picked up the shipment, and were en route! Sandair saved the day and our production schedule. They even called the next day to check in with us and make sure all was running smoothly. We'll never forget the level of service we received that day and are grateful to have such a reliable partner so close by.
